Structural basis
Steel grades, membrane fabrics, and tension anchors
Structural steel is specified by grade for each column and cantilever member. Membrane fabrics are high-density outdoor grades chosen for tension and UV exposure. Tension anchors are sized to the load path and the substrate on site.
Exact grades, fabric weights, and anchor details are confirmed against the site survey and the project specification before fabrication.
From survey to handover
How a specification moves from site to installation
Dimensional survey records bay sizes, clearances, and substrate conditions. The fabrication phase then cuts and assembles membrane and steel to those dimensions. Delivery and handover confirm fixings, tensioning, and drainage on site.
